The fishing vessel seen to have prop-pushed the royal ship was confirmed to be Karl's, as Polakovich was AFK, Panzetta was in his/her ship as seen in the video and Danny had been at his torpedo boat. Polakovich comes back from his AFK streak later in the video as seen in chat, thus proving it was Karl who prop-pushed the royal vessel, despite his denial.
