I dont see any toxicity in this from his side, nor do i see any attempt made by you to tell him to stop using these 'illegal' weapons cos they cause lag. Thus, in my eyes, it seems like you're posting a ban request because you lack the ability to converse with him and tell him what he's doing wrong - I'm telling you this cos i introduced him to the server yesterday, he was new, and you decided to send a ban request without attempting to solve the situation diplomatically like any rational person would >.> Also would like to mention that nowhere in the rules is a tri-barrel wagner stated to be 'illegal'.
