I just went to bans section of the forum and i found out that he was banned few weeks ago. It looks like that he doesn't care about the bans and will do this again. I think that perma ban is reasonable in this case
Unfortunately the evidence provided is inconclusive. We cannot see who is the owner of the attacking plane, therefore we have no way to know that the attacker was really the person you are reporting. Do you have any additional evidence to support this request?
At the end of the video you can see 2 other people online and i can swear that Julius Caesar was at the time in their port. Otherwise no, i don't have any other evidence, but i'll make sure to get enough of evidence if he do this again.
