It's clear that some people were attacked at port, but it's not clear if itsalphabet was intentionally trying to hit the builders nearby. You also forgot to screenshot the damage to the build so there's no proof that the builder's work was damaged in the first place. For now, itsalphabet will be warned for shooting so close to builders. Thank you for your report
