I was fighting him with my own plane near the oil rig when he went back to port, deleted his ship, and spawned in a 50 cal at the far dock and shot at me, so I bombed it. There was no one building at his port.
I noticed that in the evidence there is no solid proof of spawnkilling with an MG, so the ban will be reduced to 1 week.
