Baby Gouda is gotta be one of my all-time favourites, although can't go wrong with a good Cheddar or Gorgonzola. Accompany yourself with a cheeseboard with a selection of buttered oatcakes/crackers, and you're set for a meal of a lifetime.
My favourite cheese is a heavily smoked cheese called Farmers feet because of how strong it is. It's sold at a stall in a market that only happens once a month.
